It necessary to interview and screen the applicants in their local area.
After the interview, round trip is scheduled up to standard of 3 days.

Our development base is located in Fukuoka City, and Filipino Engineers there are involve in Software Development.
The dispatch of engineer for employment is possible in less than one week depending on the period, the skill and other requirements.

(1)Request for Engineers: Dispatch request, nature of job, language, years of experience
(2)Please perform applicant screening by reviewing the skill sheet when choosing the qualified applicants.
(3)Local interview, web interview are the suggested ways of interviewing.
(4)Regarding the Employment Decision and Employment Contract: the customer will have a contract with our company and the engineers will have a contract with our company. ・Engineers will receive training from Japanese Language School.
(5)Residence qualification recognition certificate delivery
(6)Visa Application: The expiration date of  visa is from 1 to 3 years.
(7)The orientation of daily life is performed.
(8)Start of work: the customer and the engineer must follow the start and end period stated in the contract.
